PITTS, Chief Justice.. Appellee, O. R. Whatley, instituted this suit against appellant, Roy Stovall, in Crosby County for damages in the sum of $1,575 as a result of an automobile collision between appellee’s automobile driven by himself and appellant’s pick-up truck driven by J. P. Simmons, which occurred at the intersection of two public roads at Broadway, a country village in Crosby County.
