*652In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, (1) from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Slobod, J.), dated January 2, 2007, as granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and denied that branch of their cross motion which was to impose sanctions pursuant to CPLR 3126, and (2) from so much of an order of the same court dated April 17, 2007, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.

Ordered that the appeal from the order dated January 2, 2007, is dismissed,…
