A jury convicted appellant of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, in an amount of four grams or more, but less than two hundred grams. The jury found two enhancement paragraphs to be true and assessed punishment at ninety-nine years’ incarceration in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
