WIENER, Circuit Judge.

In these consolidated civil forfeiture proceedings, which arose from an Internal Revenue Service criminal investigation, the Claimants-Appellants Aracely Gabaldon, Alfredo Gabaldon, Justina Gabaldon, and Herminia Carbajal appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the government. This appeal affords one of our first opportunities to apply the recent holding of the Supreme Court implicating continuing jurisdiction despite intervening dispositions of forfeited articles and the proceeds of such dispositions.
