OPINION

BASS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in a suit upon an indemnity contract. Trial was to a jury, and the court entered judgment for the indemnitee, Warren Petroleum, Inc.

The judgment is affirmed.

The appellant, Delta Engineering Corporation, “Delta”, contracted with the appel-lee, Warren Petroleum, Inc., “Warren”, to perform certain work at Warren’s place of business.
