This is an original proceeding in habeas corpus. The petitioner alleged that he is being illegally held and deprived of his liberty by respondent under an unlawful judgment, -sentence and commitment of the district court of Wyandotte county, which is repugnant to the United States constitution and bill of rights and void, for the reasons: (1) That he was denied benefit of counsel; (2) denied due process of law; (3) convicted on unsworn hearsay evidence; (4) forced to give testimony against himself; (5) that the rights to habeas corpus are…
