This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus by one who has for the last fourteen years been serving a term of life imprisonment for murder in the first degree.
On February 14, 1942, this court made an order and handed down ' an opinion in which it held that certain grounds relied upon for the petitioner did not entitle him to a writ of habeas corpus.
