This order is issued in response to the letter dated November 9, 2001, written by Eric S. Hechler, attorney for the deceased defendant Albert Troscher notifying the court of his client’s death. Hechler requests that this court’s initial discovery order be stayed until an administrator is appointed to Mr. Troscher’s estate. Annexed to this correspondence is a death certificate stating that Albert Troscher died on October 13, 2001.
