MEMORANDUM DECISION
KANNE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the motion of the defendants, James Kimbrough, James Clement, James Letsinger and Richard Maroc, individually, and as judges of the Superior Court of Lake County, Indiana, and the Superior Court of Lake County, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as “defendant judges”), to set aside a judgment of dismissal entered herein on February 16, 1982, and for stay of execution of judgment pending disposition of this cause on the merits.
