HUTCHINSON, Justice.

Appellants, Wilma Knutson and husband, Lonnie Knutson, here complain of the granting of a summary judgment for appel-lee, Morton Foods, Inc.

The suit was initially filed by appellants in Scurry County against appellee and Jack Chastain and wife, Dorothy Chastain, for damages resulting from an automobile collision in Scurry County. Appellants alleged that at the time of the collision Mrs. Chas-tain was within the course of her employment with appellee.
