Patricia Lea Sims, appellant herein, was convicted of two counts of grand larceny (charged in separate informations) and her punishment fixed at imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for two years on each charge. The sufficiency of the evidence for conviction is not questioned, but two asserted errors are relied upon for reversal in this court.
