POWELL, Judge.

This is a second appeal of Wilma Fox, defendant appellant, from a conviction in the county court of Osage County of the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. See Fox v. State, Okl.Cr., 321 P.2d 445. She was sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and to *966serve ten days imprisonment in tíre county jail.
