Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Columbia County (Nichols, J.), entered June 5, 2013, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate the subject children to be abused and neglected, and changed the permanency goal for the children to placement for adoption.
