Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Cortland County (Ames, J.), entered June 24, 2004, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to find respondent in violation of provisions of a suspended judgment, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
