The testator, by the fifth clause of his will, directs that securities representing a par value of $10,000 and *228$4,086.61 in cash shall be set aside and invested by the executor, -as trustee, for the benefit of the testator’s granddaughter, Margaret Gurnee Smith, during her minority; and the trustee is directed to collect and receive the income therefrom and, after payment of all proper expenses and commissions, to use and apply the net income for the benefit of the cestui que trust during her minority; and upon her arrival at full age to transfer and deliver to her the principal.…
