OPINION

{¶ 1} Senior Parole Officer, Kim Thomas-Abel ("appellee"), was placed on Involuntary Disability Separation for the asserted reason that her psychological state rendered her unfit for duty. Ohio law gives state employees certain due process rights in the event of a separation. The issue before us is whether the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas correctly determined that appellee's due process rights had been violated.
