THIS MATTER came before the Court on Plaintiff Francis Edward’s (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) motion to substitute liability expert, filed on July 26, 2016 (hereinafter “Motion to Substitute”). Defendant GEC, LLC (hereinafter “GEC”) filed an opposition and Plaintiff filed a reply thereafter.
