Wetzel, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered December 18, 2000, convicting defendant of attempted murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree and assault in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 12 years, unanimously affirmed.
