*149Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Beal, J., at suppression hearing; Arlene R Silverman, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered September 18, 2002, convicting defendant of burglary in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to a term of 16 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
The court properly denied defendant’s motion to suppress physical evidence. There is no basis for disturbing the court’s determination that defendant consented to the police entry into his home, which is supported by the record (see People v Prochilo, 41 NY2d 759, 761…
