MONTEMURO, Judge:

Appellant, Christopher Nolen, appeals from a judgment of sentence imposed following a jury verdict finding him guilty of second degree murder, 1 criminal conspiracy 2 and robbery. 3 The trial court denied and dismissed appellant’s timely post-trial motions.
