delivered tbe following opinion:

Tbe petition signed by three creditors bolding tbe requisite amount of debts alleges that tbe defendant committed an act of bankruptcy in that she did convey and transfer all of her known property beyond the. .reach of her creditors with tbe intent to binder, delay, or defraud them, on tbe 16th of January, 1914, to wit: certain ten pieces of property, and afterwards on tbe 20th, 21st, 22d, and 28th of January and on tbe 7th of February, certain other pieces, aggregating in all about *557$100,000 in value.
