Although the acts of bankruptcy alleged in the petition were technically several, it is quite clear from the record that the ground relied upon consisted in the giving by the corporation on January io, 1903, a mortgage of all its property to a trustee for the benefit of a part of its then existing creditors, with intent, as is alleged, to hinder and delay its creditors, and the further ground that at the date of the transaction the- corporation was insolvent, and that it was intended thereby ."to prefer some of its creditors.
