ORDER GRANTING THE GOVERNMENT’S MOTION TO DISMISS
FIRESTONE, Judge.
Pro se plaintiff Chandra Kant filed the present action against the United States (“the government”) on May 5, 2015. In her complaint she alleges that the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) “stole” three electronic toy motorcycles, valued at $664.91. See Compl. 1.
