QUINN, Justice.

Allen M. Andrews (defendant) appeals his conviction of the crime of aggravated theft of a motor vehicle, section 18-4— 409(2)(a), C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 8), claiming that the statutory definition of this offense violates due process of law and that the evidence is legally insufficient to support the conviction. 1 Finding no error, we affirm.
