These appeals by various parties to this protracted Southern District Chapter X reorganization proceeding of the Nazareth Fair Grounds and Farmers Market, Inc., now in its fourteenth year, seek review of a district court order of September 12, 1966 which fixed allow*597anees for services rendered.
