MEMORANDUM OPINION

CACHERIS, District Judge.

This case comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Injunctive Relief and Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs.

Facts

Plaintiff, Brent Bumgardner, sued Defendants Lite Cellular, Inc. (“Lite Cellular”) and Washington/Baltimore Cellular Limited Partnership (“Cellular One”), alleging that each negligently and willfully violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).
