A mother appeals from the juvenile court’s order adjudicating her daughter, four-year-old E.D., to be a child in need of assistance (CINA) and subsequent disposi-tional order. The mother argues the juvenile court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to issue any orders concerning the child because Tennessee was the home state of the child.
