HALL, Justice.

Appellees brought this suit against the appellants and numerous other parties for the title and possession of a tract of land comprising 10.7 acres of land, a part of the Cadena League in Rusk county, Tex. All the parties defendant in the lower court either disclaimed or defaulted, except the Mid-Kansas Oil & Gas Company, B. H. Rogers, and Roy Mullican. The appellees’ suit was in trespass to try title. They alleged their title by limitation to the land in controversy; their contention being that the 10.7 acres in controversy was not included within the boundaries of their deed…
