On the 12th day of May, 1914, S. B. Burnett filed his 'petition in the district court of Carter county, Okla., and made Richard H. McLish, Rosa McLish. W. A. Ledbetter, W. H. Paul, Cal. Stewart, Joe Wilford, H. C. Long, H. P. McCann, D. E. Booker, C. D. Carter, City National Bank of Ardmore, Southwestern Insurance Company, and Oklahoma State Bank of Wapanucka, defendants. This suit was upon two notes, one for $1,000 and the other for $1,500, executed by Richard H. McLish. To secure the payment of these notes, Richard H.
