In an action to recover the proceeds of a check, defendant Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Young, J.), dated December 5, 1983, as denied its cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against it.
Order reversed, insofar as appealed from, on the law, without costs or disbursements, cross motion granted, complaint dismissed as against defendant Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, and action against the remaining defendant severed.
