Appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims (NeMoyer, J.), entered May 29, 2002, which found defendant “negligent and fully responsible for claimant’s injuries.”

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed with costs.
