This matter is before the court on the demurrers of Defendants Master Roofing & Siding (“Master”) and Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company (“Lumbermens”) to Counts I, II, III, VE, and VIE of Plaintiffs Kerrie and Sandra Gonella’s Motion for Judgment.
