Plaintiffs filed their complaint to enjoin the prosecution of a forcible entry and detainer action in the municipal court of Chicago, the latter action predicated upon the claimed right of defendant, as lessor, to declare a forfeiture of the lease entered into between plaintiffs, as lessees, and defendant, as lessor.
