OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

GADOLA, District Judge.

This is a patent infringement action involving a frozen confection dispensing ap paratus, i.e., a soft serve ice cream dispenser. See 35 U.S.C. § 271. Defendant Gourmet Technologies (“GT”) and Defendant Allied Brands International (“ABI”) have filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
