The plaintiff seeks recovery under the no-fault and uninsured motorist coverages of an Oregon automobile insurance policy. Count I claims damages against the defendant Weathers for a rear-end collision. Count II claims against defendant Allstate for the liability of defendant Weathers under the uninsured motorist coverage of the policy issued by Allstate to the plaintiff. Count III claims medical and hospital expenses and income continuation loss against defendant Allstate under the no-fault coverage of the policy.
