MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER ON CROSS MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

I. INTRODUCTION
This ease involves a dispute as to whether the defendants, Pacific Indemnity Company (“Pacific”), Federal Insurance Company (“Federal”) and Chubb & Son, Inc. (“Chubb”), are obligated to make payments to the plaintiffs, Joseph and Jennifer Yerardi (the ‘Yerardis”), pursuant to the terms of a homeowners insurance policy.
