In order to properly discuss the questions raised upon this rehearing, it is necessary to make a brief statement of the facts out of which this controversy arose.
The Dexter-Portland Cement Company is a large manufacturer of cement at Nazareth, Penn., and the Acme Supply Company, Incorporated, handles large quantities of builders’ supplies, including cement, for sale in Newport News, Virginia, and the adjacent territory.
