Brown, against appellant, the United Cigarette Machine Company, Limited, in which it is averred that in pursuance of a contract theretofore entered into, between the Winston Cigarette Machine Company and the defendant company (spoken of hereafter in this opinion as the Winston Company and the United Company respectively) the Winston Company sold to the United Company certain patents and rights relating to eigarétte machines and inventions in cigarette machinery, including especially amachine…
