—In an action to recover damages for goods sold and delivered, the defendant Canteen Company appeals, as limited by its brief, from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County *698(Jones, J.), entered July 25, 1991, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint or, in the alternative, to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) for failure to state a cause of action insofar as it is asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
