W. A. Jetton, one of the appellees, instituted this suit in the court below to set aside an award entered against him and in favor of appellant, Federal Surety Company, by the Industrial Accident Board, on his claim for compensation on account of injuries alleged to have been sustained by him on October 15, 1927.
