GALLAGHER, Chief Justice.
This suit was instituted by Simeon S. Briggs, against Home Benefit Association, a local mutual aid and accident corporation, to recover as beneficiary named in two certificates of membership issued by it to Mrs. Nancy Talley. The parties will be designated as in the trial court. The first of the certificates sued on was issued to Mrs. Talley as a member of class D of said association.
