This was an action brought by the appellants to recover damages for the alleged wrongful attachment of a quantity of buffalo robes which were claimed to be the property of the appellants, but which they allege had been attached by the respondents as the property of J. J. Healy & Bro., at St. Louis, Mo., in August, 1876, in an action brought by the respondents against' J, J. Healy & Bro. in the circuit court of Saint Louis county, state of Missouri.
