This day came the Defendants Anjali, L.L.C., Bharat Patel, lia M. Patel, and IBJ Hotels, L.L.C., by counsel and moved the Court to sustain their demurrers and grant their pleas in bar. Procedurally, this case is unusual; the parties have had ample opportunity to conduct pre-demurrer discovery.
