Plaintiff-appellant Dextel Terrebonne (Terrebonne) appeals the district court’s September 13, 2002, November 5, 2002, and December 15, 2005 orders granting the motion of defendant-appellee K-Sea Transportation Corporation (K-Sea) to compel arbitration, denying Terrebonne’s motion for rehearing of that order, and granting K-Sea’s motion to confirm the June 27, 2005 arbitration award and denying Terrebonne’s motion to set aside the September 2002 order to compel. For the following reasons, we affirm.
