Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Westbury, dated November 30, 1989, which, after a hearing, designated the structure on the petitioners’ real property located at 275 Liberty Avenue to be a landmark.
Adjudged that the determination is confirmed and the proceeding is dismissed on the merits, with costs.
