Landlord, Samuel Greenberg & Co., appeals from an order of the Appellate Division, First Department, in a consolidated proceeding, annulling determinations by the Rent Administrator and remanding the matters to the Rent Administrator for reconsideration. In one of the proceedings tenants had sought to annul a rent increase granted landlord on the basis of a recent purchase price for a residential apartment building.
