This action was brought by the respondents against the appellant to abate and enjoin a public and private nuisance arising from the unlawful obstruction of a public alley in the city of Easley. Pending the trial of the case, the respondents sought and obtained an order enjoining the appellant from proceeding with the erection of a brick building upon the alley until the rights of the parties could be determined.
