This dispute arises out of a number of corporate transactions gone bad. Plaintiffs Al Sayegh Brothers Trading (LLC) (“Al Sayegh Brothers”), Abdul Jabbar Al Sayegh (“Al Sayegh”), and Ahmed Al Say-egh d/b/a Vision (“Vision”) claim that they shipped certain electronic goods to defendants Doral Trading & Export, Inc. (“Doral”), Leiser Schwimmer d/b/a L & S Electronics (“Schwimmer”), and Regal Electronics Inc. (“Regal”), but that defendants did not pay for approximately $1 million worth of those goods.
