Appellant Eduardo Ortez appeals from the District Court’s ruling sentencing him to 27 months of imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release after his conviction on two counts of unlawful possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and (b)(1)(C) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
