41 Defendant State of Oklahoma, ex rel., Department of Public Safety (DPS) appeals from a June 24, 2013 Final Order, wherein the trial court set aside the driver's license revocation order previously entered against Plaintiff/Appellee Courtney Roulston (Driver). The sole basis for setting aside the DPS Order was the trial court's determination that the arresting Officer's Affidavit was non-compliant with Oklahoma law. DPS appeals from this determination in this implied consent case.
